ReplyDeleteUh oh....be careful, be very careful when ordering online at Ralphs. Sure, I ordered yesterday (Tuesday), the day the ad ends. So the price on the email they sent me reflected that. But I picked it up today (Wednesday)....and apparently they process it on the day you've designated to pick it up. And the prices did indeed change....to the tune of an additional $10.00! So now I get to waste time taking it back and getting a refund. Argh!!
ReplyDeleteTrish don't take the items back! Just contact Customer Service - you can chat or call - and they'll resolve the problem without you having to do a return!!!! Let them know that the email said X price and you ended up paying Y and let them know that you will return it all, if the problem isn't resolved.

DeleteMy husband went on Wednesday to get the advertised corn beef. I looked at the the receipt and they charged over $31 for it. He had to go back and get $15 back. They said they must not have changed the price from last week in the system. I wonder how people bought it without knowing it.
