Today starts the Ross Stores $0.49 Clearance Sale and in the past, I've found lots of great women's dressy tops for like $0.49 or $1.49. It's a rainy day in California, up and down the state but if you live super close to a Ross Store you may want to check out the sale.
They normally have the purses, shoes, clothing and some home goods on clearance!
