Only my Ralphs loaded coupons came off when I went to Ralphs on Tuesday. My other ones did not. This happened to me before about a couple of months ago.
A couple of weeks ago, some contributors on Slick Deals had reported that they are experiencing problems with Ralphs/Kroger digital coupons and Kroger is aware of the problem.
However, there was some reports during the holidays about Points Rewards Plus digital coupons not working in conjunction with the Weekly Digital Deals and I believe that Kroger fixed that problem but I believe that is when the sporadic reports of problems with the digital coupons began.
Honestly, I think that big Kroger Corporate is working to close the loop of the Kroger Zip Code Advantage that we've been enjoying.
Again, I want to reiterate that if you add a digital coupon that has measurements that are different at your particular store that digital coupon will not apply at your store as explained in What's the difference between 16 oz beef and a pound of beef?
They do this with a pint and 16 ounce...they are the exact same measurement but Kroger consistently will change the unit of measurement depending upon which Kroger affiliate or what zip code, the item is sold in so that they can easily increase or decrease the price of a particular product.
