SK only did not credit the right quantity for the Haagen dazs. The new Vons receipts are not very good.
ReplyDeleteLS, you are singing to the choir about the receipt update at Vons and it's eating up our time having to put in Trouble Tickets with the rebate apps to get it fixed!
DeleteShopkick has very good Customer Service and they use real people to respond.
1. On the app, go to left corner and click the person.
2. Go to the right corn and click the wheel.
3. Click "Questions and Support"
4. Scroll down to "Can't find what you're looking for?" CONTACT US"
Explain that their software only picked up the purchase of one, however, your receipt clearly shows the purchase of three and show them mathematically 3@ $3.49...etc.
