My nephew's viewing is today and his funeral is tomorrow.
The Safeway Game on Perk Points game/promotion is so easy and of course, Southern California do not get these types of easy game/promotions because there is way more grocery store competition in Northern California.
How the game works is you buy a participating product and you earn 1 GameOn Point. Keep in mind that whatever you buy also counts towards the regular Rewards Points.
For example, the Nabisco crackers are on sale for $1.97 and almost the exact same sale in SoCal except that at Safeway, we get a one Game on Perk Points per box and if you still have the $1 FAQ, each box was $0.97 and if you bought 2 boxes, we can submit our receipt for the $2/2 Ibotta offer which makes the crackers a Money Maker!
It's a very similar story with the McCormick's Taco Seasoning Mix on sale for $0.99, if you still have the $1 Seasoning FAQ,...you know the rest of the story!
The daytime highs in Sacramento is 99 degrees and we must stay hydrated, they have the Gatorade Zero for $1.25 each - $0.75 FAQ = $0.50 and one Game on Perk Points per bottle. FREE+MM Gatorade and it's blazing hot in Sacramento.
There is so much sadness in our family with the passing of my nephew but I bring smiles to my immediate family's faces when I bring back the Gatorades, taco seasonings, Ritz crackers, the croissants, the Columbus salami and Dixie paper plates all from couponing.
In my immediate family, I have pseudo become the matriarch because my mom longer has the capacity to do so. Keep us in your thoughts and prayers and we go through this journey of saying good bye to my nephew.
