I'm thinking that Tada (Swagbucks, MyPoints or Inbox Dollars) is the culprit. I have gotten the message "Duplicate Transaction" from Bing and I think Cheryl may have also got the same message from Bing. The last time that Bing approved my receipt was on 8/6 and the last receipt that I submitted to Bing was 8/15 and the receipt has been in pending status since the day it was submitted for payment.

It's like Shopmium and the now-defunct coupons.com app. It's from the same company.
ReplyDeleteI got this message earlier this month trying to redeem the same offer on Alexa and Shopmium. Alexa paid me out and then Shopmium told me it was a duplicate offer, no payment.
ReplyDeleteAlexa might be the culprit. See my responses below.

Just got denied for the Fast Twitch payment from Shopmium because of duplicate sales transaction.
ReplyDeleteI sent it to Ibotta (which paid me), Alexa (which paid me), and Bing (which also declined the payment).

DeleteI got an immediate response from Shopmium about this. The main response is copy-pasted below.
Delete"We checked our records and found that you attempted to redeem the same offer on two different platforms using the same receipt, which is against our terms of use.
Note: Coupons cannot be redeemed on two platforms using the same purchase receipt. If found then there are chances that account gets terminated as per our Terms of Service. Please refer our Terms of Service for more details : https://www.shopmium.com/us/terms-conditions "
Actually... Might want to try it the other way around. Submit to Shopmium first, then try either Ibotta or Alexa and see which of those two deny because of duplicate.
