ReplyDeleteYou submit the receipt once. It's like Ibotta. If the limit 4, you submit the receipt once and just like Ibotta, Swagbucks software sometimes misses the quantity and you'll need to submit a trouble ticket.
DeleteI have had to submit 3 tickets for ice cream and Colgate Plaque toothpaste (which they haven't me for the tp yet) they are probably tired of me
ReplyDeleteCheryl, it may be best for you to do separate transactions to save yourself the headache. About 4-6 weeks ago, I had to put in trouble ticket bc the software not recognizing the products, I bought but I haven't had any problems since then.
