I'm not done checking on all of my accounts, but of the, cough, few that I have checked, I have it on 2 of them. I also have a $5/$5 in one account and prior to using the zipcode advantage, I used to get random $5/$5 ones almost weekly. I think it is still definitely dead and we should not plan on it coming back.
