Plotting and Planning

Tomorrow, we move our clocks forward an hour AND it maybe the last time for us doing so because there are several bills moving forward and if the president signs, we will have permanent daylight saving time would take effect on Nov. 5, 2023.  We all hate moving our clocks just let our bodies adjust naturally to the comings and goings of the sun.

OMG, I looked at my Albertsons account, this morning, and they had given me a $5 of $5 digital coupon! This is my original Albertsons account before the Albertsons/Safeway merger.  My neighborhood used to have two Albertsons and two Vons stores and now, we are down to just two Vons stores that will eventually turn into Ralphs stores.

Yesterday, it started raining at 4 p.m. and it continued to rain until a bit after I woke up, this morning, and Mr. Man and I are supposed to go to Home Depot, this morning because I wanted to use up the FREE $3 Home Depot eGift Card that I got from an invite from P&G survey questionnaire. I had gotten these types of invites previously but I wouldn't check my emails until hours after the email had arrived and by then everyone on the planet had taken the survey and I was just too late to be able to participate.

This morning, I FINALLY got payment from Shopmium for the Megared but I'm still awaiting payment from Qs.com.

On Thursday evenings, I work on the Friday grocery posts and I remember debating with myself should I include the Ralphs/Kroger Bic Flex 5 or Soleil Razors on sale for $4.99 in my post and the only reason there was a debate with myself is that sometimes, the receipt says coupon even on weekly deals even though they really should say store coupon and I just didn't want to deal with hastle of the verbiage on the receipt so I decided to leave the BIC razor out of my post because there was a much better deal would come via the FREE BIC EasyRinseWomen's Razor Ibotta offer which made it an $8MM.

It's the same story with the Air Wick Vibrant being a $13.02MM and I initially only posted about the Vibrant because I love home fragrances and I wanted to share about this new home fragrance that we could get free and make a few dollars.

I still love Bath & Body Works but FREE and money maker sounds way better to me!

We got the Dole Fruit Bowls FREE or MM! I thought about those Dole Fruit Bowls because I thought about Easter is next month and it would be great in an Easter basket.

Speaking of Easter basket and Spring being right around the corner, as well as, allergy season will soon be upon us and we got the $8MM Children's Claritin at Walmart and the $12 MM Children's Astepro Allergy spray.

Typically, I don't want to buy anything that is not needed or wanted by my family...but if it makes money, I'll buy it.  Let me take that back because there are caveats like is it a taxable item or non-taxable and how big is the money maker. I consider a $5 Money Maker a very nice money maker because I can take $5 and buy a loaf of bread, milk, lunchmeat or even a case of water. I will do lower money makers but I may not be in a rush to do them. 

There will be a Smart Source and Save coupon inserts in the newspapers or depending upon where you live, it may be delivered to your mailbox or out in your drive way or lawn.
