1. Open the coupons.com app and in the upper right corner, click the person icon.
2. On the Account History page, click "Help"
3. Under Help, click "Contact Us".
These are the steps that I took to contact Customer Service to get paid for the $10 Megared and they paid me within a two or three hours.
Got my payments from Coupons.Com app today that had said payout failed the other day
