A reader, Growly, took his time to write the following information about Alexa and Bing issues:I've been having issues with Alexa and Bing, two of the four amigos. This is what I have done to fix these issues.
Alexa:Do NOT use the "Choose from Photos" option. Always take a picture of the receipt, then scan the item(s) you are claiming. After you submit the receipt, it should immediately show a receipt code with the word SUBMITTED, as well as the offer showing Submitted as well. If it doesn't, resubmit the receipt and scan. It's better to submit it twice and have them say that one is a duplicate, rather than missing the offer because the app messed up.Bing:I have had offers disappear on me when I know I saw them before I left the house. If an offer has disappeared, try reloading the app later and then submit your offer. Hope this helps, everyone.

For the $10 Megared I took a photo a few times but Alexa accepted the receipt but would not accept the scan of the bar code.

ReplyDeleteCheryl, don't give up hope. Today, I reached out to Qs.com about not receiving payment for the $10 Megared and I feel confident that I will get paid but it's reminder to them to pay me. Don't give up.
