There's a Zyrtec Brand Club Survey!

I did the FREE+MM Zyrtec Children's allergy 4oz at Walmart and of course, synced my Brand Club account and severy surveys popped up. I always take the survey with the highest amount. You only take one survey per receipt, i.e. I only had one receipt with Zyrtec which means I only take one survey. However, if for reason, I am doing a deal where the Zyrtec needs to be on separate receipts then I'd take up to three survey because that's all you can do in one day.
