Plotting and Planning


 

This week, I added small hand weights to my walks and it just about killed me off!🤣  I thought that I could my heart rate up, as well as, tone my arms but I didn't realize that when we do get our heart rate up that we get tired and we don't feel like carrying those weights.  I walk the stairs and the hills and I swear, it's been the longest week, walking with the weights. I think I am going scale back the weights to just 2 days a week.  My exercise goal for February is to walk every single day in the month of February and last Sunday, I got caught in a 5 minute downpour.

Yesterday, I was a bit busy but I did stop by Whole Foods to pick up a $4.52 Money Maker for the Parmcrisps  (I'd maxed out the CO51 offer).  I had almost completely forgotten that I have access to another Mypoints account and I requested my gift cards.  

The good thing about Swagbucks/Mypoints/Tada/Inbox Dollars is that you can pretty much cash out right away because they have $1, $3, $5, $10 $25, $50 Amazon, Home Depot, Walmart and Target gift cards and a plethora of  other gift cards that start at $10 like PayPal, Macy's, Sephora, TJ Maxx, etc.

The good thing about going to Whole Foods is that it's literally within walking distance of Ralphs AND Trader Joe's. I stopped by Ralphs to grab the $3.31 Money Maker Activia Probiotic Yogurt Drink. I had forgotten to remove the $2 digital coupon and when I checked my account, the RCB offer has disappeared which means that I will receive lthe credit in a few days.

According to Coupons in the News, there will not be a coupon insert in the Sunday newspapers.
