Over the weekend, I watched a couponing video and I can't remember who's video it was but they were basically saying that P&G stopped putting their coupon inserts into Sunday newspapers and they've started putting them on Ibotta. This wcould explain why all of sudden, Ibotta became sticklers about using a coupon with certain rebates.
Very smart of P&G because they longer have to deal with their coupon inserts being sold on Facebook or Instagram for ridiculous amounts of money.
