Fetch updated their app!!!

 

Thank God, Fetch has gone back to their old app format with the various search categories which was my favorite!!!!!

Also, I had saw on Instagram that people are submitting their receipts to Qs'.com, Shopmium and Alexa all at the same time without a problem.  Of course, I suggest that you use a different email address for each app, if possible.  I believe with PayPal, you can use up to 4 email addresses.
