becky.qpons on Instagram is reporting (12/27) that when you buy 2 Physicians Formula Pencil Sharpeners for $2.99 each, it's producing a $10 Extra Bucks, although, the tag says it excludes the sharpeners!!!

    The pencil sharpeners is dead. Went to go get on another card today and no ECB. Manager gave me $5EB instead of returning
