People are so inventive and so smart but may not have the money to do a big shindig for Thanksgiving, this is a must watch quick 10 minute video.  We do not have to make our famous mashed potatoes, mac & cheese or stuffing/dressing from scratch because individual ingredients are expensive.  Our family do not think less of us because we open a box or packet of smashed potatoes, Thanksgiving is really about being grateful for what you do have and spending quality time with your family and/or friends.
