ReplyDeleteI didn't get the $1 Q's this week. I did last week, however they didn't come off for me. While in store I asked about it, one helpful employee said I need to 'verify' my phone number attached to my card (under acct/ acct settings). My problem is I use a land line number, so I have to call corp. to see if they can verify for me. Hate to change the phone number because it may "lose" all my rewards (comment from customer service!!).
ReplyDeleteHow weird that they are asking for telephone verification bc my original account is from when I first came to San Diego and it's a landline like yours. I want to say, at least for me, that JUST4U was implemented I had to call Customer Service so they could update their system. Ask CS if you will loose your rewards.
DeleteMy account is hit and miss with my phone number but if you go into your app and choose member and then wallet it will give you are qr code they can scan. It seems to always work that way. My number is also a land line. They should really give another way to verify the number.
