My Ibotta bonuses are raggedy

It being Thursday, I looked my Ibotta Bonuses and my bonuses are trash.  The $5 Super Saving bonus for redeem 50 offers get $5 and the offer expires 3/9/25.  It's better not to extend the offer to me because I won't do it, as well as, the $5/18 Weekend Cash Dash bonus.  

It used to be when Ibotta offered a 50 redemption rebate, we'd have a whole month to do it but now it seems like the 10 days is the norm.

I have probably been an Amazon Prime member almost from the very beginning because I was still going to college and at that time Amazon sold mostly books.  I'd order my textbooks and whatever else that was required in accordance with my syllubus.  Believe it or not, in the early 2000's, ordering textbooks from Amazon and eBay and using PayPal to pay, it was considered cutting edge. Most people at the time, were still going to their College Book Store and waiting in those long lines to pay at register every semester.  As an Aquarian, we love innovation and we have no patience so if we can order it online and get it delivered...thank you!

However, when I read this nonsense about Jeff Bezos telling the staff at the Washington Post that the opinion section of their newspaper would only talk about personal liberties and free markets, I immediately knew that I had to draw a line in the sand and give up my Amazon Prime.

I don't do Facebook, I hate Facebook because it's too intrusive for me. However, when and if Mark Zuckerberg starts indoctrination on Instagram, I will also shutdown my IG.  

Obviously, I can remember life before social media. It's as if 25 years ago, a group of people got together and came up with a plan as to how they will run the world.  There would be no more freedoms and you'd have no choices.  The rich living behind a huge wall.  It sorta reminds of the Mad Max movies.

Also, on Friday, my family will also be participating in 'No Amazon, no Walmart, no fast food': What's behind the 'Feb. 28 economic blackout'....but I will pick up my eggs for the Friday only $2.50 Any Brand Eggs Ibotta as I do consider eggs an essential food item.  You can shop for essential items only for boycott Friday (Feb. 28th).

Anyways, I've cancelled my Prime and it'll officially expire May 8th.

Yes! I received payment for two (2) $8/2 Molson Coke Products Rebates!!!! The email title says "Group O, Inc paid you $8.00"

The payments went to my Venmo account.  So, basically, it took about 4 weeks to receive payment.

We all know that sodas are regularly like $10 for a 12 pack at the store. I am very, very thankful to get paid to take the sodas out of the store and very cheap sodas.   All of us, working together, we are still able to enjoy the small things.

I don't know how I almost forgot about the Sephora Free Birthday. Each year, Sephora Rewards members get several choices of a Sephora Free Birthday gift and I chose the Laneige Hydration Heros shown above, they are usually a travel size items.  

You can redeem your birthday gift, two weeks before your birthday or two after your birthday...that's the official rule but I seem to recall one year that I forgot to claim a birthday and several months later, I walked into Sephora to pick up something and the girl that was helping me at the register could see on the register that I had not gotten a birthday gift and she let me choose a gift.
