Is Rite Aid going to be Closed on Christmas Day?

patel7ravi7, on Slick Deals, left the following comment:
I heard that stores will be closed on Christmas Day.
This would coincide with Rite Aid being closed on Thanksgiving Day.  My neighborhood Rite Aid stores used to be 24/7/365 stores and now, their store hours are 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and pharmacy hours are 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.  HOWEVER, google "Rite Aid store hours" because google brings up the first three stores near you and like the Hillcrest store is opened until midnight and the Kettener store is opened until 8 p.m.

Lots of changes at Rite Aid but I am glad that they didn't close all of their stores!

$3 FOR 5 IRISH SPRING BODY WASH AT TARGET ☘️🏃🏻‍♀️(YMMV)

savingwithsav says the following: These are ringing up 5/$10. They WERE tagged at my store last week when the crazy Listerine deal was going on… but I was too caught up with that to test this out🤣 - Similarly to the Listerine deal last week there is NO WAY to tell if this deal is still active until you go into Target, grab 5 of them & put in phone # at checkout!!!!! Good luck & let others know in the comments when you tried & if it still works! Instore only! - Then, this week I saw @mamicouponz post a photo of the tag in her store still so I decided to try it out! Worked like a charm!!!

Money Matters

It's December which means that we can go to our rebate apps and requests our funds!!!!  Get your gift cards to do some holiday shopping. I hated seeing the MyPoints Gravy Train end but I was able to grab five $25 PayPal deposit...and we were able to stack with the Thanksgiving Ibotta bonus.

In November, I found myself trying to wrap my mind around being thankful and giving because in October while I was in Sacramento, my brother on different occasions asked if I was sending him more men's razors.  I will continue my thoughts about this is a separate post because I think that most couponers bump up against this thankfulness conundrum.

One of my favorite deal in November was the Capri Sun Strawberry Kiwi & Fruit Punch 64oz for $0.18 each because it brought back so many fond memories for me in keeping the Capri Sun on hand for my son for all kinds of stuff like going to the park to feed the ducks, after karate lessons, after swimming lessons, after sitting at my desk for a couple of hours because I needed to go into the office on a Saturday, after falling a scrapping his knees. So, yes, I bought the Capri Sun!

Speaking of memories, make sure to pick up your free photo at Walgreens!

You already know that 2025 is going to be crazy with all these tariff hikes which will cause price hikes across the board.  I suspect that we will see a lot less rebates being offered OR we will see lower rebate amounts like $0.25 offers.  I'm telling you that 2025 and 2026 is going to be rough.  I figure by March or April, it's going to be ugly...and more companies will be laying people off and closing stores.

If you can, hold onto your money and don't overspend in December.  Remember that your family wants security not a bunch of toys or another pair of jeans.  I always say that we were poor growing up because my parents had to be frugal to afford my mom being a stay at home mom and my dad being the breadwinner.  It wasn't stuff that we wanted from my parents to feel secure, it was spending time with them that made of feel loved and wanted.

Whatever it is that we are going to go through in 25 and 26, we gotta be honest with family and sacrifice to get to the other side.  This business of deportation is going to be horrendous but we are going to get through all of this and it's going to make us stronger.  The deals won't be going away but they maybe harder to find so when we do find a deal, you have to assume it's a run deal.

I received $10.40 from the Equifax Data Breach Settlement. I earned $185.87 from Ibotta, I receive two $25 Amazon gift card from Shopkick, $42.60 PayPal from CO51 and $24.96 from BrandClub.

Below are some of my favorite deals in the month of November:

$0.71 Jimmy Dean Chicken Biscuits

$0.25 Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sandwiches

$4 MM Rockstar Energy Drink

FREE Donuts at Vons

Tostitos Chips, Doritos, Fritos & Ruffles for $0.39 ea

$8 MM Mucinex

$3 MM Afrin Inhaler

$5 Midweek Money Drop Ibotta Bonus!!!
