One of the perks of having the Fresh Pass is that each month, they give you a $3 off Starbucks item and I assumed that when I submitted my receipt for the FREE Starbucks Sweet Cream rebate that I'd be reimbursed for my actual $3.99 out of pocket. However, when I checked my PayPal, I was reimbursed for the $6.99 sale price making my purchase a $3 Money Maker!!!!
