I assume that they are doing this to install the freeway cameras so that the oligarchs can watch what we are doing and where we are going...but CALTRANS is calling it roadside enhancements.

You might as well stay home and stay off the freeways in San Diego because you know this is going to be a holy mess because all freeways in San Diego are going to be backed the 805 south willl be closeed at Govenor Drive...it's going to be a mess!
