Remember when we could run into the grocery store, without a list, and buy a few things? Nowadays, grocery visits must absolutely be planned beause it's easy to go over budget as the regular price of ordinary groceries is through the roof. If you want to pick up a bag of chips, you'd better pick those Kroger brand chips for $1.99 because can't afford brand name unless it's on sale.
