I believe the whole state of California will be under flood watch conditions due to the Atmospheric River hitting Southern California starting on late Tuesday.I think it beens raining in Northern California since like last Tuesday. 

A flood watch will go into effect late Tuesday and last through Wednesday across Southern California. Excess runoff from heavy rainfall may result in flooding of rivers and other low-lying areas. Mud and debris flows possible in the mountains near burn scars. pic.twitter.com/QH92p2l8fv
