On Saturday, our internet went down but they eventually were able to get it back up and then on Monday, evening around 8:30 p.m., the internet went down again but this time, they were unable to get our internet back up and a technician is scheduled to come on Wednesday to fix the problem. Interestingly enough, I noticed when I made the appointment online that if the technician cannot figure out the problem and they have to do research that I have to pay a $75 fee...these companies are doing too much!
